Yoga: Tuesday & Thursday at 8 :00 AM

Cycling: January and February classes will be held on Monday and Wednesday at 4:15 PM

Pickle Ball : Wednesday's from 6:00 - 7:30 PM 

Drop in Pickle Ball on Wednesday nights. Members can join in at no charge. Non members will pay the group fitness fee for participation.

No instructor, just drop in and join the fun.

All levels and abilities welcome for classes. Classes that do not meet participation minimums are subject to change.

Cost:

$3 for members

$4 for senior citizens

$5 for non members
